
Well-known for its exciting, livable home designs, David Weekley Homes was honored at the recent Key Awards, sponsored annually by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago.
In this prestigious competition, industry experts, including architects and designers, judge numerous entries to recognize excellence in housing design, architecture, interior merchandising, innovation, creativity and more.

David Weekley Homes received Gold Key Awards for outstanding design in:
• New Construction, Energy-Efficient Project, noncertified: The Laken, a custom-built home at 1931 Butternut Lane, Northbrook.
• New Construction Custom Home, 3,000 to 4,000 square feet: Plan 8402 at 521 N. Ellsworth St. in Naperville.
• Outstanding Design, Single-Family Merchandising ($789,990): The Moonsgate in The Reserve at Barrington.
The homebuilder also took home a Silver Key award for Outstanding Design for The Hyde, a custom-built home in the 3,000 to 4,000-square-foot category in Wilmette.
