What a great time of the year to look for eight-legged creatures.

On this all-ages “It’s All About Spiders” walk, participants will learn about arachnids — spiders and their kin. The group will catch some in bug jars so we can look at them up close, and then release them back into their habitat.

The “Spiders” nature program will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, at Bliss Woods Forest Preserve, 5S660 Bliss Road, Sugar Grove.
