When they attend Book Explorers, children will share their opinions on the books and do a related craft or activity. There is no fee for joining this group, but registration is required.

Discussion of Jennifer Teege’s and Nikola Sellmair’s book, “My Grandfather Would Have Shot Me: A Black Woman Discovers Her Family’s Nazi Past.” A German-Nigerian woman discovers, while examining a library book, that her grandfather, Amon Goeth, was portrayed in Schindler’s List as the central villain of the Plaszów concentration camp, responsible for brutally murdering thousands of people.
