Grab your passport for prizes today and Sunday, Aug. 14, at Mill Creek in Geneva, where Shodeen Homes is hosting a Parade of Homes featuring five luxury models and introducing the new Donovan model, which has a first-floor master bedroom suite.

The event will be held from noon to 4 p.m. both days and participants are encouraged to check-in at the Donovan model at 0N764 King Drive in Mill Creek to pick up their prize passport before continuing to the next home within the community. Each home gives participants an opportunity to have their passport stamped and register to win a prize.

“Our Parade of Homes was such a terrific success and so well received two years ago we wanted to host it again,” said Anna Harmon, director of marketing and public relations for Shodeen Homes. “The event gives interested buyers and Realtors the opportunity to see what’s new at Mill Creek. We recently opened a new decorated model, the Donovan, with first-floor master suite, where participants check in and receive their prize passport. From there, they will view five luxury homes, both ranch and two-story plans, each offering a spectacular prize. It’s a fun way to spend the day and see all that Mill Creek has to offer.”

Offering 2,691 square feet of living space and up to five bedrooms, the decorated Donovan model is priced from $374,734 and is the first stop on the parade route. From there, buyers will tour five distinct ranch and two-story residences priced from the $490,000s. Homes feature up to 3,873 square feet of living space with three to four bedrooms, two or 3½ baths, gourmet kitchens, hardwood flooring, full basements, three-car garages and more.
