Coffee Talk

Lindberg at the Coffee Talk “Devils in the White City-and Beyond.” Lindberg will include some of the most interesting events that took place during the Columbian Exposition and detail the exploits of H.H. Downtown Block Party

• 4 p.m. Friday, June 9, between Meadow Drive and Oriole Lane, downtown Rolling Meadows. Celebrate summer at this downtown, family-fun event. Kirchoff Road is blocked off between Meadow Drive and Oriole Lane to accommodate a huge display of law enforcement vehicles. Food trucks, music, vendors, a kiddie train and other family activities reside at Community Church’s parking lot, while a full car show is showcased at Meadows Christian Fellowship Church’s parking lot. Three events all within walking distance of each other.
