BARRINGTON — The Barrington Area Regional Magazine & Resource Directory, produced annually by the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce, is now available to local residents. The directory provides community profiles, contact information for local leaders and a comprehensive list of local business, nonprofits and community groups as well as a host of other resource information. The 2016-17 edition of the magazine features profiles of local business leaders who invest in the community and a new dining guide that is a valuable resource to neighbors in the region. It is available throughout the year in locations such as the village halls, the Barrington Area Park District, the Barrington Area Library, the chamber office and various businesses in the community. TeamLogic opens in Naperville

NAPERVILLE — TeamLogic IT, a national chain of IT management services for businesses, recently opened an office in Naperville at 1240 Iroquois Ave., Suite 204. The business is owned by Ed Trauth. Trauth’s background includes more than 15 years in the AV technology industry, both operating his own company, and in senior management for two AV companies, which included the successful creation of an office branch start up in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Prior to that, he built his career in the oleochemical and ag-biotech industry serving several capacities including product development, business development, sales management and VP/GM. Regent O’Hare adds 3 leases

ELK GROVE VILLAGE — NAI Hiffman’s Terry Herlihy recently represented ownership of Regent O’Hare, a joint venture between Distribution Realty Group and Pearlmark, in its three latest leases totaling 55,940 square feet of space in Elk Grove Village. In the largest of the transactions, Wigdahl Electric, a key services provider for wireless, telecommunication and electrical companies, signed a lease for 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 1802 Brummel Ave. Jonathan Kohn and Tom Rodeno of Colliers represented Wigdahl Electric. At 507 Busse Road, Koeckritz Rugs signed a 22,500-square-foot lease. The company has been in the floor-covering business for over 40 years, providing its customers with premade, name brand manufacturers’ area rugs and custom cut broadloom area rugs. John D’Orazio of Colliers represented Koeckritz Rugs. PreGel AMERICA, the U.S. subsidiary of PreGel, a global ingredient company that manufactures and distributes ingredients for various desserts, will be occupying 3,440 square feet of flex office space at 915 Busse. Regent O’Hare is an eight-building business park totaling nearly 1 million square feet of industrial and flex office space in the O’Hare submarket along Busse Road in Elk Grove Village.
