Clearly, Chicago lucked out. They are well behind in their bill paying for years and it’s gotten worse since the Olympic snub. They’ve sold off fixed assets for up to 100 years for a one-time cash infusion which is now gone. Trying to imagine putting an Olympics together with the related costs is unimaginable. - Dan Palmer
