Craig DeMartino: 7 p.m. Saturday, May 13, St. Matthew Lutheran Church and School, 24500 N. Old McHenry Road, Hawthorn Woods. DeMartino was accidentally dropped 100 feet while climbing in Colorado and survived, eventually deciding to amputate his right leg below the knee to return to climbing and the quality of life he’d previously enjoyed.
