Ghost Walk of Palatine: 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2, Durty Nellie’s, 180 N. Smith St., Palatine. The Ghost Walk of Palatine is a two hour tour of the historic and haunted locations in downtown Palatine. The walk is family-friendly and includes stories of the past from the 1800s to the present. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children ages 12 and younger. All proceeds go to charity.
